Mrs. Lula Perry Pait
January 21, 1933 - September 8, 2019
Lula Perry Pait was born in North Carolina on January 21, 1933, but has resided in Foley, Alabama for the last 40 years. She went to her eternal home on September 8, 2019. She was the daughter of Jessie and Dougald Priest. She lived by the motto of "Food is Love" and enjoyed cooking for everyone. She also enjoyed gardening, watching sports and Nascar, raising her family and playing with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be remembered for the love she had for her family and friends, her gentle nature and always making everyone feel loved and welcomed. She had a long life of hard work and dedication in business management and accounting. She is survived by her children, Bill Perry and Lisa Perry; sister, Fay Campbell; grandchildren, Renee Brunson and Corey (Rena) Perry; great grandchildren Joshua Imel, Danielle Brunson, Maddox Brunson, Micah Brunson, Reese Perry and Langley Grace Perry. She was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Neil Perry; parents, Jessie and Dougald Priest; and daughter, Sue Perry. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at Pine Rest Funeral Home starting at 11:00 a.m. with the memorial service at 1:00 p.m. at Pine Rest Chapel. Internment will be immediately following at Pine Rest Memorial Park.
